Software and digital solutions built for your business.

Have an idea to build, or tired of spreadsheets, manual work and too many subscriptions? We build custom software that brings your processes together in one place.

Built as fast as 14 days by specialists who operate real-life businesses

When software doesn’t fit your business, workarounds take over.

Spreadsheets. Manual reminders. Repetitive admin. Too many apps that don’t talk to each other.

Another spreadsheet
Your software can’t produce the report you need.
Manual follow-ups
Someone still has to remember what happens next.
Too many meetings
Nobody has one clear view of what’s happening.

We understand the problem first.
Then we build the system around it.

One system

  • Bookings
  • Schedule
  • Attendance
  • Commission
  • Payroll
  • Statutory exports

What are you trying to solve?

You don’t need to know what to call it. Pick whichever sounds closest.

  • Founder

I have an idea I want to build.

You know the problem you want to solve, but not what features, technology or budget it needs.

    Help me launch a product
  • Business owner

    Spreadsheets are running my business.

Excel files, WhatsApp threads and manual processes are holding the operation together.

    Help me replace them
  • Operations

My team does too much by hand.

Information gets copied between systems, approvals take too long, and processes depend on people remembering.

    Help me improve operations
  • Management

    I can’t see what’s actually happening.

Reports arrive late, numbers don’t match, and information lives across departments.

Help me see the business clearly
  • IT / Ops lead

We use too many different systems.

Bookings here, customers there, attendance somewhere else. Nothing talks to anything.

Our services

One practice, we see the whole project.

Strategy, design and technology are the same job at different stages. We stay with a project from the first conversation about what is wrong, through design and build, to launch and everything that follows it.

  • Before the build

    Strategy & Discovery

Work out what should be built, before anyone builds it.

Most of a budget is spent badly before a line of code is written. We map how the work runs today, agree what the software has to change, and put a scope around it you can price.

  • How it looks

    Branding & Identity

One business that looks like one business, everywhere.

The mark, the colours, the tone and the templates — worked out once and written down, so a quote, an invoice and a screen in your software all come from the same place.

  • The public face

    Web Design & Development

The site people read before they decide to contact you.

Designed for the phone first, structured so the important things are easy to find, and built to load quickly and be read properly by a search engine.

  • The system

    Custom Business Software

Software designed around your operations, not the other way around.

CRM, bookings, inventory, HR, approvals, dashboards, multi-branch systems, customer and supplier portals — built as one system your team works inside, instead of six that don’t talk.

    MVP & SaaS Products

Take an idea to a product real people can use.

Have an idea but no technical team? We help you define, design and build the first working version — and decide what can wait until version two.

  • The work that runs itself

    AI & Automation

Take the repetitive, information-heavy work off your team.

AI is useful when it solves a real problem. We look for the slow, manual work that shouldn’t need a person, and automate that.

    Growth & Optimisation

Conversion, marketing and operations, once the system is live.

Launching is the start of the work, not the end of it. We work on conversion rate optimisation, marketing and the operational side of running the business — measuring what people do, then changing what gets in their way.

How It Works

  1. 01

    Tell us what’s happening

No technical document required. Describe the problem, process or idea in your own words.

  2. 02

We work out what should be built

We look at your users, workflows and existing systems. Sometimes custom software is the answer. Sometimes there’s a simpler one. We’ll tell you either way.

  3. 03

We design, build and keep improving it

You see how it works before it’s fully built. Then we develop in stages, launch, and keep improving as the business changes.

FAQ

Questions people actually ask

  1. 01

I don’t know anything about software. Can I still approach you?

Yes. That’s who we’re built for. You don’t need a technical brief or the right vocabulary. Explain the problem the way you’d explain it to a colleague and we’ll work out the technical side.

  2. 02

How do I know if I need custom software?

You may not. If an affordable off-the-shelf product already does the job properly, building your own rarely makes commercial sense, and we’ll say so. Custom becomes worth it when your workflow is unusual, when existing tools have created a layer of workarounds, when several systems need to talk to each other, or when the software itself could become a real advantage.

  3. 03

How much does custom software cost?

It depends entirely on what’s being built. A focused internal tool and a multi-user platform with payments, integrations and complex rules are completely different projects. We work out the scope first, then give you a real number. We don’t quote before we understand the problem.

  4. 04

    How long does it take?

As fast as 14 days, depending on the project. A focused first version can launch in two weeks; a full operational system with payroll, integrations and complex rules takes longer. We identify the essential features first, then tell you which of those two your project is before you commit to anything.

  5. 05

    Do you use AI?

Yes, where it’s useful — both in how we build and in what we build. We don’t add AI to a product because it’s fashionable.

Have a problem that software might solve?

You don’t need to know exactly what you need. Tell us what’s taking too much time, what’s frustrating your team, what isn’t working, or what you want to create. We’ll help you work out what comes next.
